Playing is free, so players never pay into the pot. It is filled by trading: every $STAIR buy or sell on pump.fun pays a creator fee, and those fees go to the pot wallet.

Jackpot rule. If nobody reaches the top, the whole pot stays for the next session and keeps growing until someone climbs it.

Rules

Free to play. You don't need to hold $STAIR. One entry per wallet per session.
One click, one step. 1,000 steps to the top.
One life per session. Land on a false step or let a step crumble and you're out until the next session.
Four false steps. They look exactly like every other step.
Four scare steps. They crack and sag under your feet, but they hold. Keep climbing.
Keep moving. Stand on a step for 1.5 seconds and it crumbles under you. The ground at step 0 is solid, but you can wait there for at most 1 minute after the start.
A hint for every false step. Green tokens reveal the range that holds the next false step: 20 steps for the first, then 35, 50 and 65 for the last. You can't see the false step, so every jump is a guess: 1 in 20 at best.
Jump clears the next step. You get 8. Out of jumps when you enter a hint range? You get 1 back, so every range gives you at least one chance.
Up to 150 climbers per session. The race ends the moment someone reaches the top or everyone is out, and after 25:00 at the latest. The next lobby opens 30 seconds later.
The first climber to the top takes the whole pot. It is paid straight to their wallet. No winner means the pot rolls over and keeps growing.
12 clicks per second max. Faster clicks are ignored.
Provably fair. Before each race the server publishes a fingerprint of its secret. After the race it reveals the secret, and this page checks that your false steps were fixed before you started.
